Process Engineer

Role Objective

As a Process Engineer, you will be the key player in reviewing, designing, and validating production processes that secure our high Safety and Quality standards. Your focus will be on continuous improvement to support target achievement, reduce cycle times, and ensure a constant, efficient production flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Channel Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and resolve failures or bottlenecks within production channels in a timely and effective manner, ensuring operational continuity and minimizing downtime.

• Process Design & Innovation: Actively collaborate with the Engineering team to design robust manufacturing processes that meet Safety, Quality, and Efficiency standards.

• Operational Standardization: Define Standardized Work and keep it updated through constant review and implementation of process improvements.

• Implementation & Coordination: Coordinate and execute improvement plans on the production lines, monitoring results to verify their effectiveness and technical efficiency.

• Talent Development: Support the Channel Manager in identifying training or development needs for operational personnel.

• New Projects: Actively participate in the launch of new business, products, or projects within the plant.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields (Degree required).





• Technical Experience: Solid knowledge in automotive manufacturing or precision manufacturing processes (machining, assembly, grinding, heat treatment).

• Engineering Tools: Proficiency in process definition, line layout design, line balancing, and time and motion studies.

• Design & Data Skills: Proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with statistical analysis tools.

• Industrial Standards: Knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and Quality Management Systems.

• Language: Intermediate English (Minimum B2 level, capable of holding business conversations).
