We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team with, onboarding processes, employee documentation, and administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and develop essential skills in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with onboarding activities and ensure required documentation is collected and properly organized.
* Maintain and update employee records, databases, and recruitment trackers.
* Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports and updating spreadsheets.
* Help coordinate internal HR activities and employee engagement initiatives.
* Ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of employee and candidate information.
* Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
* Basic understanding of recruitment and human resources processes.
* Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
* Customer service mindset and interpersonal skills.
* Intermediate English proficiency is a plus.
