Requirements

- Bachelors Degree of Mechanic, Mechatronics, Electronic, Manufacturing Engineer, or similar.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions
- Experience in Automotive Industry
- Plastic injection expertise
- Expertise on hidraulic and neumatic
- Application of Core Tools, APQP, DOE
- IATF knowledge

Responsabilities

- Ensure deliverables for Injection Molding, Process Engineering, and Tooling Maintenance.
- Leader for injection molding processes, ensuring documentation and control of critical process parameters.
- Establish and validate injection molding process parameters.
- Lead solution of complex injection molding issues.
- Apply molding methodologies and process analysis tools.
- Ensure proper raw materials handling and conditioning.
- Perform technical evaluations of mold-to-machine compatibility, considering injection capacity, clamping tonnage, shot size, screw geometry, available injection pressure, cooling water connections, hot runner systems, auxiliary equipment, and automation requirements.
- Provide technical leadership for mold setup, transfers, and validation on injection molding machines.
- Ensure compliance with preventive, predictive,



and corrective mold maintenance plans.
- Conduct root cause analysis of recurring tooling failures and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Oversee the design, development, validation, and continuous improvement of assembly processes .
- Define technical requirements for jigs and fixtures, as applicable.
- Lead technical troubleshooting of assembly stations, jigs, and fixtures, applying root cause analysis methodologies and validate effectiveness.
- Oversee the design and definition of manufacturing processes and methods for the plant.
- Support Advanced Manufacturing in the specification, design, construction, acceptance, and commissioning of machines, molds, automation equipment, jigs, and fixtures for new programs.
- Manage the technical capacity of injection molding machines, molds, jigs, and assembly stations, ensuring proper equipment utilization and sufficient production capacity to meet customer requirements.
- Ensure technical readiness and compliance for new product launches and engineering changes.
- Manage, prepare, and validate Capital Expenditure requests.
