This is a temporary, project-based engagement (November 1, 2026 – January 31, 2027). It is not a permanent position.

Scope Baseline:

To provide professional Electrical Engineering Specialist services in support of the client's engineering organization.

The consultant will act as the electrical discipline resource for key design and construction projects and support

coordination across MEPF disciplines to ensure that delivery commitments, quality standards,

and project milestones are met.

General Information:

- Role: Electrical Specialist Consultant

- Engagement Type: 3-month project-based contract – immediate availability required

- Required Experience:

o A minimum of six years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or large-scale facility projects

o Experience leading electrical engineering work through the design and construction phases

o Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems, power quality, emergency power systems, control interfaces,

and industrial infrastructure

o Experience with design reviews, contractor management, commissioning, and handover

- Skills: Stakeholder Management, Design Review and Technical Governance, Construction Oversight,

Technical Decision-Making, Communication and Coordination

Organization:

The Electrical Specialist Consultant will report to the client's Electrical Lead and work closely with:

- Program Lead

- Construction Leads

- Project Owners

- Design Consultants

- General Contractors

- Client project stakeholders

Scope of Work:

- Responsibilities:

o Serve as Electrical Specialist for assigned projects

o Review electrical design packages and recommend them for approval to the Electrical Lead

o Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations

o Support the management of electrical change requests and design changes

o Provide oversight of site electrical installations

o Escalate technical risks, scope gaps, and schedule impacts to the Electrical Lead

- Deliverables:

o Timely completion of electrical engineering reviews

o Electrical discipline support for assigned projects

o Participation in project review meetings and stakeholder workshops

o Compliance reviews of electrical design packages

o Technical assessment of contractor submittals and change requests
