Associate Network Engineer – Datacom / Optical / IP (Fresh Graduate Program)

Role Overview

We are seeking highly motivated Fresh Graduates (2025 and 2026 alumni) passionate about technology infrastructure to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be trained to participate directly in the delivery, deployment, and integration of communication networks.

Please note: This is not a software development or systems administration role. This position is 100% focused on Datacom, IP networks, and Optical transport technology, offering a fast-track career path into the backbone of modern telecommunications.

Key Responsibilities

- Integration & Delivery: Actively participate in the installation, staging, configuration, and commissioning of network equipment and solutions.
- Network & Optical Support: Collaborate on hands-on deployment projects involving routing, switching, Datacom, and optical fiber transport.
- Technical Documentation: Assist in generating network diagrams, integration reports, data transcripts, and method-of-procedure documents.
- Continuous Upskilling: Complete assigned technical training paths and achieve industry certifications within designated timelines.

Candidate Requirements

- Education:



Fresh Graduate (Graduated in 2025 or 2026) with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Network Engineering, Electronics, or closely related technical fields.
- Language Skills: Fluent English (both spoken and written) is mandatory. You must be able to confidently handle technical conversations and business communications.
- Technical Knowledge (Preferred): Basic knowledge or coursework equivalent to HCIA (Huawei) or similar certification standards is highly preferred.
- Self-Drive: Exceptional capacity for autonomous learning. You must be a proactive self-starter who enjoys researching and mastering new technologies independently.
- Mobility: Full availability to travel frequently based on project deployments and client location needs.
