The People & Culture (P&C;) Partner, Mexico serves as the primary People & Culture resource for ShijiMex, responsible for leading and executing the full employee lifecycle while serving as a trusted advisor to employees, managers, and business leaders. This role provides both strategic and operational HR partnership across employee relations, performance management, investigations, talent acquisition, compensation, payroll, policy administration, compliance, and organizational initiatives. The P&C; Partner fosters a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace by providing practical, business-focused HR guidance, ensuring compliance with Mexican labor laws and Company policies, and partnering closely with the Director of People & Culture, Americas to support business objectives and drive operational excellence.

What You Will Do
