Profile
- Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Tooling, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in tooling design for wax injection / investment casting.
- Experience designing complex tooling with slides, inserts, core pulls, and release mechanisms.
- Advanced proficiency in 3D CAD: Siemens NX, CATIA, Creo, or SolidWorks.
- Knowledge of GD&T;, tolerances, engineering drawings, and dimensional inspection.
- Knowledge of CNC, EDM, and tooling manufacturing.
- Experience in tooling trials, troubleshooting, and corrective adjustments during manufacturing and production.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in aerospace investment casting.
- Tooling for turbine blades, vanes, or structural castings.
- Experience with ceramic cores and hollow airfoils.
- Knowledge of shrinkage, wax flow, venting, and temperature control.
- Use of 3D scanning / dimensional inspection to make tooling corrections.
- Experience with thin-walled components and complex geometries.
