Your Role
- Lead the design, development, validation, and release of automotive differential systems and driveline components, ensuring performance, quality, cost, and timing targets are achieved.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vehicle engineering, manufacturing, validation, and suppliers to develop technical solutions and ensure successful system integration.
- Own engineering deliverables including DFMEA, DVP&R;, FMEA, CAD models, GD&T; drawings, BOMs, engineering releases, and change management activities.
- Manage Tier 1 suppliers, technical reviews, prototype builds,



root cause investigations, and corrective actions throughout the product lifecycle.
- Support vehicle builds, launch activities, warranty investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with 3+ years of automotive product development experience.
- Strong knowledge of differential systems, axle assemblies, gears, bearings, seals, lubrication systems, powertrain integration, and transmission/driveline components.
- Experience with DFMEA, DVP&R;, GD&T;, root cause analysis, engineering validation, and automotive release processes.
- Proficiency with NX, CATIA, Teamcenter, and Microsoft Office tools; experience creating CAD models, 2D drawings, and managing product structures.
