What will you do?
- Define and manage the services portfolio strategy, including product positioning, offer definition, annual pricing updates, and value proposition development.
- Apply and deploy the Marketing 4Ps strategy:
- Product: Define and evolve service offerings, value propositions, pricing structures, and annual offer updates.
- Place: Define target customers, routes to market, sales channels, and strategic partnerships.
- Promotion: Work closely with Marketing to drive campaigns, webinars, social media activities, customer events, and product launches.
- Price: Manage pricing strategies and ensure competitiveness while protecting business profitability.
- Act as the guardian of business profitability, closely monitoring revenue, margins, growth opportunities, and overall offer performance.
- Lead offer launch activities, business cases, and go-to-market execution plans.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify market opportunities, generate demand, and execute growth initiatives.




- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand customer needs and deliver business results.
- Serve as the key integrator between Services, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other business functions to ensure successful execution of strategic objectives.
- Increase external customer engagement through regular field activities, including customer visits, executive presentations, industry events, and virtual meetings.
- Maintain close alignment with regional and general teams to ensure consistency with worldwide strategies and best practices.
- Support pipeline visibility, forecasting, and business performance management through CRM and commercial management tools.
