Customer Data Operations Specialist

Scope: Full Time | Location: Mexico City | Hybrid Model

As a Customer Data Operations Specialist, you will ensure customer data is accurate, compliant, and maintained across multiple business systems that support global customer transactions. You will contribute to customer onboarding, master data management, data quality, and customer lifecycle processes while partnering with Sales, Operations, and other global stakeholders.

Working with teams across the Americas and Europe, you will support data governance, system integrations, and business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain customer accounts across general business systems.
- Review, validate, and process customer data changes while ensuring data quality and governance standards.
- Update account ownership and sales assignments as needed.
