Numeral is seeking an Onboarding Manager in Mexico City to guide founders and finance teams from signed contract through tax registrations, data transfers, and platform configuration. You will be the face of Numeral for new clients, resolving issues and advocating for customers as processes are refined.
This role blends project management, technical troubleshooting, and customer advocacy while helping to build and improve the playbook as we scale.
