Availability: Rotating shifts and days off

Requirements: 1 year of experience providing customer follow-up in air import and export operations. Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory. Solid knowledge of customs procedures, permits, regulations, shipment documentation, preparation of invoices, certificates, letters, and file management. Familiarity with document review processes, cargo release, response times, and coordination with operational areas. Ability to monitor flight status, cargo movement, deliveries, and pending documentation.



Experience using platforms, portals, and systems related to air traffic and logistics. Excellent communication skills with clients, airlines, customs brokers, and internal teams.
