ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Marketing QA Analyst to review and validate outbound email campaigns before they reach customers.
MUST HAVES
- - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- - 2+ years of experience in QA, marketing operations, or digital campaign review.
- - Familiarity with email marketing platforms and QA workflows.
- - Strong analytical eye — able to catch discrepancies in data, copy, and configuration that others miss.
- - Understanding of audience segmentation, targeting logic, and suppression requirements.
- - Methodical,



process-oriented approach; comfortable working from checklists and documented standards.
- - Clear communicator — able to describe defects precisely and escalate risks without ambiguity.

NICE TO HAVES
- - Working knowledge of HTML/CSS email rendering.
- - Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent enterprise ESP.
- - Experience using defect tracking tools (Jira, or similar).
- - Knowledge of AMPScript or dynamic content logic in campaign platforms.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- - Review and validate all outbound campaigns prior to deployment — including email content, subject lines, personalization, and dynamic elements.
- - Verify audience targeting logic, segmentation, and suppression lists against campaign specifications.
- - Confirm data integrity: validate that merge tags, personalization fields, and offer content are rendering correctly for the right audiences.
- - Check all links, UTM parameters, and redirect destinations for accuracy.
