sanitation, food safety, and operational efficiency across all kitchens, stewarding areas, restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities.

Thispositionisresponsibleforleadingthestewardingteam,managingoperatingequipmentinventories,controllingdepartmentalexpenses,overseeingstrategicreplacementprogramsforchina,glassware,silverware, andkitchenequipment, andensuringcompliancewiththeresort’sFoodSafety ManagementSystem(FSMS)certificationandallfoodsafetyregulations.

TheStewardingManagerpartnerscloselywithCulinary,Food& Beverage,Engineering,Purchasing,Finance, and HumanResourcestomaintainexceptionalstandardswhileoptimizingcostsandsupportingtheoverallguestexperience.
