The role
Are you a hands‑on Payroll & Time & Attendance (T&A;) implementation expert looking for a high-impact transformation challenge with clear long‑term potential? We are seeking a Payroll & Implementation Consultant to lead the end‑to‑end setup and deployment of our Blue Collar population payroll and T&A; solution using Strada. This role begins with a critical 6-month strategic implementation project, with high potential for contract extension or conversion to an indefinite role based on project success and individual performance. Reporting directly to the Tech HR Payroll and T&A; Programme Manager, you will serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) and project lead.



You will be responsible for driving discovery, process design, configuration validation, Workday integrations, parallel testing, go‑live cutover, and hypercare stabilization. This is a critical individual contributor role adecuado for a seasoned consultant who brings strong accountability, proven leadership skills, rigorous risk assessment capabilities, and proactive stakeholder management, combined with deep technical expertise in Strada, weekly and bi‑weekly payroll operations, vendor management, and industrial/blue‑collar workflows.
