We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to drive process improvement initiatives, bridge business requirements with technical solutions, and support stakeholders in optimizing workflows and data governance practices.ResponsibilitiesDevelop clear and detailed business process flows that can be translated into technical requirementsEngage stakeholders at all levels to elicit, clarify, and validate process requirementsMap current and future state processes, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunitiesIdentify and document process improvement opportunities and potential issues in existing workflowsQuantify improvement opportunities and suggest tracking mechanisms where relevantCreate technical documentation and standard operating procedures to support process execution and implementationCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of process improvement initiativesDesign wireframe models to visualize solutions based on user feedbackWrite test cases to validate process implementation and ensure alignment with business needsDefine data quality KPIs, including reporting mechanismsMonitor project progress and report status updates to relevant stakeholdersRequirements2+ years of experience in a project management or business process role,
