We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical SEO Manager tohelp maintain and improve the technical health, crawlability, indexation,discoverability, and organic search performance of our websites.

This role will monitor site health, conduct technical audits, supportSEO implementation projects, and validate SEO requirements after pages and sitechanges go live. The Technical SEO Analyst will work across multiple websitesand collaborate closely with SEO, content, product, analytics, and developmentteams.

The adecuado candidate can identify technical SEO issues, understand theirpotential impact on organic visibility, prioritize findings, and translatetechnical analysis into clear, actionable recommendations. This person shouldhave hands-on experience with Google Search Console (GSC), Screaming Frog,SEMrush, Ahrefs, and related SEO tools,



and be comfortable using AI-assistedtools to improve the efficiency of technical analysis, research, documentation,and quality assurance.

Requirements

- Bachelor's in Marketing or equivalent.
- Full professional fluency in both English andSpanish.
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with a strongfocus on technical SEO.
- Hands-on proficiency with Google Search Console(GSC), Screaming Frog, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Strong understanding of crawling and indexation,HTTP status codes, robots.txt, XML sitemaps, canonicals, redirects, structureddata/schema, internal linking, HTTPS, and Core Web Vitals.
- Comfort using AI-assisted research and analysistools to improve efficiency while independently validating technical findingsand recommendations
- Familiarity with log-file analysis, crawlingbehavior, and advanced technical SEO analysis is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

- Performrecurring technical SEO checks across assigned websites and identifycritical crawling, indexation, rendering, or accessibility issues.
- Monitorserver errors, broken links, indexability, robots.txt directives, XMLsitemaps, HTTPS, and overall site health.
- Conducttechnical health reviews covering structured data/schema, metadata,canonicals, redirects, Core Web Vitals, crawl trends, and indexation.
- Performdeeper technical audits of internal linking, crawl depth, orphan pages,duplicate content, site architecture, backlink issues, and other factorsaffecting organic visibility.
- Supporttechnical SEO implementation projects,



including internal linkingarchitecture, structured data/schema, URL structure, redirects,canonicalization, and template improvements.
- Evaluateand validate structured data implementation using appropriate testing andvalidation tools.
- Supporttechnical SEO requirements before and after website migrations, redesigns,CMS changes, acquisitions/site integrations, and major site releases.
- Performpost-launch QA on newly published or updated pages, checking indexability,metadata, headings, structured data, internal and external links,redirects, image SEO, and other technical and on-page requirements.
- Validatetechnical SEO fixes after implementation and monitor websites for regressionor unintended SEO impacts.
- AnalyzeSEO and website data to identify patterns, anomalies, opportunities, andpotential technical issues affecting search performance.
- Prioritizetechnical SEO issues based on severity, scale, business impact, andpotential organic search impact, and translate findings into clear,actionable requirements for development and other teams.
- Supportthe technical requirements that help content remain accessible anddiscoverable across traditional search engines and emerging AI-poweredsearch and discovery experiences.
- UseAI-assisted tools where appropriate to accelerate technical analysis,research, documentation, pattern identification, and QA whileindependently validating findings and recommendations.
- Maintainclear technical SEO documentation, audit findings, implementationrequirements, and QA results.
- Collaborate with SEO, content, product, analytics, anddevelopment teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall websiteperformance.
