We are seeking a Country Manager to lead and grow the Mexico office for a regulated forex/CFD broker. You will own the market strategy, P&L;, and local operations while building and guiding sales, retention and support teams.

You will develop relationships with IBs and partners, work with marketing on local campaigns, and ensure full regulatory compliance. The role requires strong leadership, Spanish fluency, and a proven track record in brokerage leadership.
