The role focuses on developing training content, teaching lean tools, and supporting practitioner development across manufacturing, procurement and quality, including hands-on Gemba support.
You will drive Kaizen events, value stream mapping and problem solving, collaborating with site leaders to embed Lean into daily management and sustain improvements.
