Job Description

- Lead end-to-end service delivery for sourcing operations, ensuring alignment with strategic procurement goals and business expectations.
- Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices, continuous improvement initiatives, and performance metrics across sourcing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including category managers, finance, and legal to ensure seamless execution of sourcing strategies.
- Manage vendor relationships and performance, ensuring compliance with SLAs, risk mitigation, and value delivery.
- Provide leadership and guidance to sourcing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer‑centricity.




- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), proactively addressing issues and identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Support transformation initiatives and digital sourcing tools adoption to enhance efficiency and transparency.
