Responsibilities
TheOpportunity
As a Control and Reporting Analyst, the role supports the preparation, analysis and validation of US GAAP reporting deliverables for PepsiCo France entities.
The role performs reporting, reconciliation and control activities, provides financial analysis and supports compliance with PepsiCo policies and reporting requirements. The position supports monthly, quarterly and annual close processes under the supervision of France Reporting Lead
.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare and validate reporting data and supporting schedules for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cycles.
- Prepare and validate HFM reporting data and support reporting submissions through completeness and consistency checks.
- Prepare detailed analyses of significant P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow variances.
- Perform US GAAP account reconciliations and ensure supporting documentation is maintained.
- Support quarterly balance sheet reviews and audit requirements.
- Assist in preparation of tax reporting requirements, including FAS109 schedules and tax reporting templates.
- Support forecast and planning processes by preparing balance sheet and tax-related analyses.
- Collaborate with Shared services teams to ensure reporting deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
- Support implementation of new reporting requirements and process improvements.

As Cntrl & Rpt Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:
Financial Reporting
- Prepare periodic reporting schedules and supporting analyses for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cycles.
- Support HFM submissions through preparation, validation and reconciliation of reporting data.
- Perform detailed analysis of actual results, investigate unusual variances and elevate significant issues to the France Reporting Lead.
- Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation as required.
Balance Sheet & Controls
- Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations.
- Execute key controls supporting financial reporting integrity.
- Support compliance with PepsiCo accounting policies and reporting requirements through execution of assigned control activities.
- Support internal and external audit requests.
Planning & Analysis
- Assist in preparation of Balance Sheet and tax-related forecast
- Support KPI reporting and analysis.
Continuous Improvement
- Participate in finance transformation and reporting process improvement initiatives.
- Support standardization and automation of reporting activities.
- Assist with implementation of new reporting requirements and systems enhancements.
Stakeholder Support
- Collaborate with France Control,
Planning and GFSS teams to support successful close and reporting activities.
- Escalate complex accounting, reporting or control matters to the Financial Reporting Lead.
Qualifications

Education
- Degree in Finance course + 2/3 years of experience in Finance.
Experience
- Ability to meet deadlines is critical for this role. Need perfect organization skills in order to meet all reporting deadlines
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Good collaboration skills: ability to collaborate effectively with shared services teams and support resolution of reporting and reconciliation issues
- Good understanding of US GAAP accounting and reporting requirements.
- Good computer skills (SAP, HFM, and Microsoft Office pack)
- Autonomous, adaptable, proactive, rigorous, organized
- English fluency (imperative)
