Landis+Gyr AG is recruiting a Senior Customer Account Representative to lead strategic client relationships and ensure accurate, on-time order delivery. You will coordinate across Sales, Distribution, and Service Programs, mentor junior staff, and drive improvements in order processing.
Strong knowledge of iChange, ServiceNow, and ERP systems will help optimize complex orders while maintaining compliance with internal policies and IMS standards. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
