POSITION SUMMARY Support the daily operation of Siari Kids and Recreation , creating safe, engaging, and memorable experiences for children, teens, and families.
Lead recreational, educational, cultural, nature-based, and arts & crafts activities while ensuring guest safety and proper supervision. Assist with participant registration, activity setup, materials, operational records, and maintaining clean and organized facilities and equipment.
Provide personalized service, anticipate guest needs, communicate activity guidelines and safety procedures, and follow all Marriott International and Ritz-Carlton Reserve standards.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, recreation, kids clubs, camps, education, or guest service.
Luxury hospitality experience preferred.
Conversational English required.
Strong customer service, communication, teamwork, creativity, and organizational skills.




Versátil schedule availability.
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent.
CPR and First Aid certification, preferably pediatric.
Lifeguard or Water Safety certification is a plus.
