Your mission, roles and responsibilities

General Objective of the Position
Supervise, coordinate, and ensure the efficient execution of material supply operations for outbound shipping, inbound receiving, and production line support, guaranteeing compliance with the organization's safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity objectives through the effective management of human resources, materials, and equipment, while promoting continuous improvement and adherence to FES standards.Ensure the efficient flow of materials from receiving through consumption on production lines, maintaining appropriate inventory levels and ensuring operational continuity.
Main Responsabilities
Attend the shift start-up meeting (Top 5 Meeting).Comply with Internal Work Regulations, the 7 Mandatory Safety Rules, the 13 Logistics Safety Rules, and all established company policies.Lead cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy.Ensure proper material handling and real-time transaction recording, including FIFO traceability.Identify inventory variances and implement corrective and preventive actions.Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse and logistics personnel.Optimize warehouse layout, storage methods, and material flow to maximize operational efficiency and space utilization.Manage the receipt and storage of components, material supply to production lines, shipping preparation, and finished goods invoicing accuracy.Verify that team members comply with Standardized Work and achieve the defined cycle time.Lead KATA and QRCI activities within the area and ensure compliance with the 7 Mandatory Safety Rules, 5S methodology, and Risk Hunting activities.Follow the Supervisor Routine, Supervisor Development Guide, and support GAP Leaders in fulfilling their routines.Ensure the training and development of the team, including skills matrices, category changes, certifications,



and performance evaluations.Manage payroll information in the system and submit supporting documentation on time.Lead Hoshin activities aimed at improving overall operational performance.Consistently apply the disciplinary process with team members.Manage overtime services for personnel according to established procedures.Comply with Faurecia Excellence System standards in daily operations.Maintain 5S standards within the work area.Attend company-required training programs and apply acquired knowledge.Comply with the Code of Ethics and report any violations. Minimum education level:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field (graduate or equivalent).
Professional Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in industry, preferably in a similar position or within the materials area.
Supply chain management, including receiving, storage, material supply, and shipping processes (preferably in the automotive industry).
Inventory management, Kanban systems, FIFO methodology, and material supermarkets.
SAP system utilization for materials and inventory management.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
English: Basic level.
Problem-solving and analytical tools (KATA/QRCI, 5W, 8D, etc.).
Warehouse and material flow management.
WMS (Warehouse Management System) management.
Leadership.Basic labor legislation.
Payroll process administration.
Intermediate Excel skills.
