Job Description

The Head of Mergers & Acquisitions will be responsible for leading the company's M&A; agenda and supporting its inorganic growth strategy. Key responsibilities include:

Lead end-to-end M&A; transactions, from opportunity identification and initial assessment through due diligence, negotiation, and closing.
Identify and evaluate acquisition, investment, and strategic partnership opportunities aligned with the company's growth objectives.
Develop financial models, valuations, business cases, and scenario analyses to assess potential transactions.
Coordinate financial, commercial, operational, tax, and legal due diligence, working closely with internal teams and external advisors.
Lead the structuring and negotiation of transactions, assessing key financial considerations,



risks, and value-creation opportunities.
Prepare clear investment recommendations and transaction materials for senior leadership and key decision-makers.
Manage relationships with investment banks, advisors, legal firms, and other external stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
Support post-acquisition planning and value-creation initiatives, ensuring alignment between the investment thesis and business objectives.
Monitor relevant market and industry dynamics to identify potential opportunities and inform the M&A; pipeline.
