The role requires strong analytical skills, accounting knowledge, and FP&A; experience in the insurance sector, with emphasis on cost control and financial reporting to senior leaders. You will prepare expense analyses, monitor variances, develop indicators and tools, ensure compliance with budget, and support board presentations.
