Sinch is seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager – Enablement to ensure customer-facing teams adopt improved processes, SOPs, and tools.
You will partner with Customer Support, Onboarding, Sales, Success, Product, and Engineering across regions, document changes, train managers, and measure adoption to drive impact.
This remote role requires leading cross-team initiatives, a strong writing style, and comfort coordinating across LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.
