Profile Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Tooling, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in tooling design for wax injection / investment casting.
Experience designing complex tooling with slides, inserts, core pulls, and release mechanisms.
Advanced proficiency in 3D CAD: Siemens NX, CATIA, Creo, or SolidWorks.
Knowledge of GD&T;, tolerances, engineering drawings, and dimensional inspection.
Knowledge of CNC, EDM, and tooling manufacturing.
Experience in tooling trials, troubleshooting, and corrective adjustments during manufacturing and production.
Preferred Qualifications Experience in aerospace investment casting.
Tooling for turbine blades, vanes, or structural castings.
Experience with ceramic cores and hollow airfoils.
Knowledge of shrinkage, wax flow, venting, and temperature control.
Use of 3D scanning / dimensional inspection to make tooling corrections.
Experience with thin-walled components and complex geometries.
