NOVARES is seeking a Production-Manufacturing Engineering Leader in Mexico to Analyze and Optimize existing processes and to integrate and start new processes within the plant in line with technical and economic objectives.
The role covers Level 1 and Level 2 missions: training productivity teams, optimizing equipment and processes, coordinating plant means, and leading improvement initiatives to boost productivity, quality and safety.
