AtCaspio, we’re looking for a talentedProject Manager to join our dynamic Professional Services team. In this role, you’ll lead custom implementations of our industry-leading low-code platform from start to finish — driving outcomes that delight our clients and make a lasting impact.

What You’ll Do

Take ownershipofcustom implementationsof the Caspio platform, ensuring delivery ison time, on budget, and within scope.

Serve as themain point of contactfor multiple customer projects, guiding each one frominception to successful completion.

Gather, interpret, and document detailedbusiness requirementsthrough interviews and technical walkthroughs.

Collaborate with developers to translate business needs intoefficient, automated solutionsand support the creation of accurateStatements of Work (SOWs).

Presentconfigurable solutionsto clients that reduce manual processes and add measurable value.

Monitor progress, manage milestones, and lead issue resolution to keep projects on track.

Own theQA processto ensure high-quality deliverables meet expectations.

Conductfinal walk-throughs, resolve discrepancies, and secure sign-offs to close out projects smoothly.

Stay current on thelatest features and updatesin the Caspio platform to bring maximum value to clients.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree inComputer Scienceor a related field (or equivalent experience).





At least 3 yearsof experience in web application consulting, or in a Project Manager / Business Analyst role with a customer-facing focus.

Strong understanding ofdatabase design, SQL, and table relationships.

Working knowledge ofXML, WSDL (SOAP), REST, HTML, and JavaScript.

Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and manage expectations along the way.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you buildtrust, inspire confidence, and managestakeholders effectively.

Adept atmanaging multiple projects, shifting priorities, and collaborating withremote teams.

A proactive, customer-first mindset with aproblem-solving attitudeand a passion for getting things done.
