A company vehicle is providedThe Diabetes Educator supports commercial growth by delivering clinical and product training to healthcare professionals, distributors, pharmacy chains, patients and sales teams. The role increases awareness and adoption of the Ultra-Fine portfolio through evidence-based education. By promoting best practices in diabetes care and insulin injection techniques, the educator strengthens customer engagement and product preference. This position contributes to demand generation, market leadership,



and business objectives across Mexico and CCA.The Diabetes Educator serves as a key commercial support partner by designating and delivering clinical and product training programs that strengthen the knowledge, confidence and engagement of customers, healthcare professionals, patients, pharmacy personnel, distributors, and other stakeholders. Through education initiatives, the role drives awareness, preference, and demand for the Ultra-Fine portfolio while supporting the sales organization in achieving business objectives across Mexico and CCA.What You'll Be DoingCommercial Training and Sales SupportDevelop and deliver training programs for distributors, pharmacy chains, healthcare professionals, and sales teams, ensuring a thorough understanding of the Ultra-Fine portfolio, its clinical benefits, product features, and value proposition. By enhancing stakeholder knowledge and advocacy, the Diabetes Educator contributes to increased product demand, customer loyalty, and market leadership.Clinical Education to Drive Portfolio AdoptionPromote best practices in diabetes care through evidence-based education on insulin injection techniques and current clinical recommendations. Deliver scientific and educational programs to healthcare professionals and key customers, highlighting the impact of proper injection practices and the risks associated with needle and syringe reuse.



These activities support the adoption and recommendation of the Ultra-Fine portfolio across both public and private healthcare channels in Mexico and CCA.Cross-Functional Collaboration and Business SupportPartner closely with Sales and distributor teams to identify educational opportunities that support business objectives. Collaborate with sales field force to develop customer engagement strategies, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and maximize the commercial impact of educational initiatives.Reporting and Performance TrackingMaintain accurate and timely documentation of educational activities, customer interactions, and training outcomes using internal systems and reporting tools. Provide regular updates and performance reports to support business planning, compliance requirements, and measurement of educational effectiveness.What We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Nursing, Nutrition, or related fieldsMinimum three years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related.Familiar with hospital systems and patient associationsFluent in EnglishDesired QualificationsPostgraduate diploma in Diabetes Education #LI-KM1embecta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
