A company in the field of retail technology is hiring a Business Consultant - Retail to guide retail customers through complex, customer-facing transformation projects across Mexico and Latin America. This is a hands-on individual contributor role, remote and based in Guadalajara, with regular travel to customer sites.
What you will do Lead business discovery and requirements workshops with merchandising, planning, supply chain and store-operations teams.
Turn retail business needs into clear solution designs, process changes and measurable outcomes.
Guide retail software implementations from scope through testing, customer acceptance and go-live.
Lead customer workshops, executive conversations and delivery reviews with clarity and confidence.
Support discovery,



demonstrations and solution scoping during pre-sales.
What you bring Deep, hands-on experience in fashion and apparel retail, including planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment or inventory optimisation.
A background in retail business consulting, SaaS implementation or professional services.
Strong business analysis, stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
Fluent Spanish with good working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Comfort working in a senior individual contributor role and travelling regularly.
