The Role
Support Manufacturing Execution System (MES) initiatives by analyzing legacy applications, documenting manufacturing processes, and contributing to software modernization efforts using AI-powered development tools. This role offers hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, digital transformation, and application development within a general manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do (Impact Areas)
Application Analysis & Modernization

Study, analyze, and document the functionality, architecture, and business purpose of the legacy Unique Code application.

Support the modernization of the Unique Code application using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude AI.

Assist with application enhancements, testing, and documentation throughout the modernization process.

Manufacturing Process Documentation

Walk through MES-related processes across manufacturing plants to understand operational workflows.

Document manufacturing processes, system interactions, and technologies used within each facility.

Develop process maps, workflows, and technical documentation to support standardization and knowledge sharing.

Digital Manufacturing & MES Support

Gain exposure to Manufacturing Execution System (MES) platforms and their integration with production operations.

Support analysis of manufacturing data and system performance.

Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and IT teams to understand technology solutions supporting plant operations.

Project & Continuous Improvement Support

Assist in tracking project activities, documentation updates, and action items.

Support continuous improvement initiatives related to manufacturing systems and digital transformation.





Prepare reports, presentations, and progress updates for stakeholders.

What You Bring (Qualifications)

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Automation, or related fields.

Basic knowledge of programming concepts and software development.

Interest in manufacturing technologies, digitalization, and industrial systems.

Familiarity with process mapping and technical documentation is a plus.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Advanced English proficiency.
