Amazon is seeking Area Managers for Fulfillment Centers in Mexico. You will be responsible for budgetary, people development and operations objectives for one functional area of our FC (Inbound, Outbound, Change Ops, Reverse Logistics).
Lead staffing, schedules, quality initiatives, and Lean/Six Sigma projects to meet the FC business plan. You will measure performance, drive improvements, and collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, S&LP;, and IT to secure support and resources.
