To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Purchasing Direct Supervisor located in Guadalajara, South Campus.

This role involves overseeing activities related to the procurement of direct materials, parts, components and equipment, and direct/coordinates activities of personnel engaged in procurement.

What a typical day looks like:

Placing purchase orders.

Expediting materials.

Managing PO pushouts and cancellations.

Monitoring and reviewing purchasing KPIs.

Managing inventory.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business or Engineering).

Mid-level experience in direct procurement. I

Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency.

Proficient in Outlook and the Microsoft Office Suite.





ERP experience (BAAN preferred).

Strong organizational skills.

Diligent follow-up.

Sense of responsibility.

Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
