What will you do? Define and manage the services portfolio strategy, including product positioning, offer definition, annual pricing updates, and value proposition development.
Apply and deploy the Marketing 4Ps strategy: Product: Define and evolve service offerings, value propositions, pricing structures, and annual offer updates.
Place: Define target customers, routes to market, sales channels, and strategic partnerships.
Promotion: Work closely with Marketing to drive campaigns, webinars, social media activities, customer events, and product launches.
Price: Manage pricing strategies and ensure competitiveness while protecting business profitability.

Act as the guardian of business profitability, closely monitoring revenue, margins, growth opportunities, and overall offer performance.
Lead offer launch activities, business cases, and go-to-market execution plans.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify market opportunities, generate demand, and execute growth initiatives.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand customer needs and deliver business results.
Serve as the key integrator between Services, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other business functions to ensure successful execution of strategic objectives.
Increase external customer engagement through regular field activities, including customer visits, executive presentations, industry events, and virtual meetings.
Maintain close alignment with regional and global teams to ensure consistency with worldwide strategies and best practices.
Support pipeline visibility, forecasting, and business performance management through CRM and commercial management tools.

What qualifications will make you successful? Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in product management, offer management, marketing, technical sales, business development, or commercial strategy.
Experience managing service portfolios, pricing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives.
Knowledge of Schneider Electric processes and business models is highly desirable.
Experience using CRM platforms, with Salesforce preferred.
Strong understanding of service-based business models and value-based pricing methodologies.
Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.
Availability to travel approximately 25% of the time for customer engagements, business reviews, industry events, and field activities.
Highly desirable: Knowledge of Critical Infrastructure and Data Center Solutions, particularly within the Services business.
Preferred: Background in Electrical Engineering combined with commercial or marketing expertise.
