Farmers Insurance seeks a Learning Operations Specialist to manage LMS activities, support Cornerstone OnDemand, and coordinate data governance and user support. You will resolve ticketing issues, implement new functionalities, and help sunset legacy systems.
The role requires 5 years in LMS or training support, familiarity with ServiceNow, M365, and Power Platform. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and a hybrid working model may apply.
