Job Description

Reporting to the executive leadership team, the Human Resources Director will be responsible for leading all aspects of the human resources function and ensuring alignment between business objectives and people responsibilities include:
Partnering with senior leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and support business objectives.
Developing and executing talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning strategies.
Driving organizational design, change management, and transformation initiatives.
Leading employee engagement, performance management, compensation, and talent review processes.
Managing employee and labor relations while ensuring compliance with Mexican labor legislation and corporate policies.
Supporting manufacturing operations by enhancing workforce capability and organizational performance.
Utilizing HR metrics and analytics to inform business decisions and improve organizational outcomes.
Leading, developing, and mentoring the HR team while promoting best-in-class HR practices.
Championing employee experience, inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
