Key Responsibilities
• Develop and qualify new suppliers to support business growth and continuity.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to achieve cost and performance objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams on sourcing initiatives.
• Participate in product, packaging, and logistics evaluations to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Monitor and improve supplier performance to ensure quality, delivery, and reliability.
• Develop sourcing and inventory strategies aligned with integral supply chain goals.

Qualifications




• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of sourcing experience, preferably within high-volume manufacturing or consumer products industries.
• Experience in supplier development, strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Professional certifications such as CPM, CPSM, or equivalent are considered a plus.
