Social Media & Organic Growth Manager
We're looking for a creative and results-driven
Social Media & Organic Growth Manager
to help grow our online presence, create engaging short-form videos, and turn social media traffic into qualified leads.
This is a
hands-on role
focused on organic growth, video creation/editing, lead generation, and marketing team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute
organic social media growth strategies
.
Create, edit, and publish engaging
Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form videos
.
Develop content ideas, hooks, scripts, captions, and CTAs.
Work with the founder to create
personality-driven, founder-led content
.
Create and manage
lead magnets
such as guides, checklists, ebooks, and downloadable resources.
Build content strategies that turn
views and engagement into leads
.
Manage lead-generation campaigns and track results through
HubSpot
.
Use HubSpot to manage contacts, forms, workflows, campaigns, and lead tracking.
Monitor social media and marketing analytics to identify what is working and improve performance.
Supervise and coordinate
marketing team members
, assign tasks,



review work, and maintain deadlines.
Research trends and identify opportunities for organic growth.
Maintain a consistent brand voice across social media platforms.
Requirements
2+ years of experience
in social media, digital marketing, or organic growth.
Proven experience growing social media accounts
organically
.
Strong experience with
short-form video creation and editing
.
Experience with
lead generation and lead magnets
.
Hands-on experience with
HubSpot
and CRM/marketing tools.
Experience
supervising or coordinating marketing personnel
.
Strong understanding of social media analytics and content performance.
Ability to demonstrate measurable results such as
follower growth, video views, engagement, website traffic, or leads generated
.
Strong copywriting skills for hooks, scripts, captions, and CTAs.
Highly organized, creative, and comfortable working in a hands-on marketing environment.
Experience with founder-led brands or professional services is a plus.
