Shape Corp is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Querétaro, Mexico.
We are looking for a results-driven professional with experience in manufacturing processes, continuous improvement, and problem-solving within the automotive industry.
This position will play a key role in developing and optimizing manufacturing processes while supporting safety, quality, and productivity objectives.
Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in automotive manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of Core Tools, PFMEA, APQP, Control Plans, and IATF ***** requirements.
Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and manufacturing process optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
English proficiency is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with welding manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of robotic welding and welding quality standards.
IWS (International Welding Specialist) Certification preferred.
Experience supporting new launches and manufacturing process validations.
