Join a dynamic EMS environment and lead the successful launch of new products from concept to mass production.We are looking for a highly motivated engineering professional with strong technical expertise in NPI, manufacturing processes, and continuous improvement.

Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from customer transfer through production ramp-up.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and successful product launches.
Develop, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes for PCBA and electronic assemblies.
Drive pilot builds, process qualifications, risk assessments, and production readiness activities.
Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and process specifications.
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost performance.
Provide technical support to Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams during product life cycle.

Experiencia y requisitos
5+ years of experience in NPI, Manufacturing Engineering,



or Process Engineeringwithin theEMS/electronics industry (indispensable).
Strong knowledge of SMT, PCBA, assembly processes, and manufacturing validations.
Experience managing product transfers, pilot runs, and new product industrialization.
Working knowledge of PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO *****, AS****, or IATF *****.
Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
Advanced English communication skills and proven ability to lead cross-functional projects.
