In this role, you will reconcile invoices, support month-end close, and keep financial documentation spotless across multiple properties, all while partnering with the property management team to keep billing issues resolved and operations running smoothly.

With a clear growth trajectory, this is an organization actively investing in the talent and systems needed to scale.ScheduleMonday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST (20 hours per week)ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage accounts payable transactions with accuracy and timeliness.Reconcile vendor invoices, statements,



and payment records within the property management system.Support the accounting manager with financial reporting and month-end close activities.Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation across multiple properties.Collaborate cross-functionally with the property management team to resolve billing discrepancies.RequirementsStrong understanding of accounts payable processes within a property management context.Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
