Job SummaryThe Planner supports production and material planning activities to ensure timely availability of materials, smooth production flow, and adherence to delivery schedules.
The role works closely with production, procurement, logistics, and suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels and meet customer demand in a fast-paced automotive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in production planning and scheduling based on customer demand and forecastsPrepare and update daily/weekly/monthly production plansMonitor material availability and coordinate with procurement and suppliersTrack inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stockSupport MRP (Material Requirements Planning) activitiesAnalyze production data and highlight capacity constraints or risksCoordinate with shop floor teams to ensure plan adherenceFollow up on schedule deviations and support corrective actionsMaintain planning data in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / other)Skills & CompetenciesTechnical SkillsBasic understanding of automotive manufacturing processesKnowledge of production planning, supply chain, and inventory controlExperience with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle preferred)Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP,

Excellent customer service mindset, with a willingness to provide information and support to those who require it.Availability to work adaptable hours.
We have suppliers in China and Europe, so occasional early or late meetings are required.
Early means 6:00 AM and late means 6:00 PM.
