In this role, you will help shape standardized, efficient and user- orientated HR processes across the region, support payroll harmonization, and contribute to the successful rollout and adoption of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Working closely with international stakeholders, you will play an active part in advancing the digital HR transformation and strengthening employee experience, process quality and governance.Your tasks:Drive the regional implementation of the HR digitalisation strategy in close collaboration with the Center of Excellence (CoE) "Transformation & Digitalisation"Act as a key interface between the global HR digitalisation roadmap and regional business requirements,



translating strategic objectives into effective local solutionsResponsible for the implementation of a regional Enterprise Service Management SetupDrive regional payroll harmonization by supporting the evaluation, selection & implementation of suitable solutionsActively support the introduction, optimization and adoption of SAP SuccessFactors modules and related digital HR tools incl.
advanced AI functionalitiesPlan and facilitate training sessions and workshops to increase digital capabilities within regional HR teamsMonitor project progress, implementation status, and provide transparent reporting on digitalisation initiativesYour profile:University degree in business administration, business informatics, HR management or comparable qualificationSeveral years of professional experience in HR digitalisation and HR transformation in an international environmentSound knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HRIS solutionsExperience in payroll-related processes, HR process harmonization or digital transformation initiatives is beneficialStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, and culturesExcellent communication, facilitation and workshop moderation skillsAnalytical mindset, structured way of working and strong problem-solving skillsVery good written and spoken English skills; additional languages are an advantageWillingness to travel internationally#J-*****-Ljbffr
