process capability and capacity and technical structure perspective.Footprint and layout strategic managementDriving a culture of continuous improvement in all facets of the operation is necessary for success.Partner with test and automation engineering, for new product introduction, transitions, and project management.Partners with corporate engineering to ensure group strategic initiatives are deployed in our plant in a timely and effective manner.Ensures safety elements are deployed into manufacturing processes including JSA, equipment risk assessment.THE CANDIDATE+5 years' experience in electronic manufacturing as Engineering Manager, experience on cable assembly is preferredBS Degree Industrial / Electronic / Mechanical / Mechatronic EngineeringExcellent verbal and writing communication skills in both Spanish and EnglishStrong experience in transitions and project managementStrong experience in NPI and qualificationExperience in manufacturing lean transformation in a high volume and high mixExperience leading capital initiatives until full deploymentProven ability to lead a team to achieve stretch goals and objectivesDemonstrated leadership capabilities including people developmentAbility to manage multiple tasks and projects successfullyFinancial planning for new and existing projectsLean expert preferredMBA preferred5% - 10% -time international travel ( travel to Asia, North America )VISA required#J-*****-Ljbffr
