Who we're looking for Our ideal candidates have strong technical skill sets and a strategic mindset that possess exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. They should have the ability to thrive in highly complex, integral work environments and excel at taking initiative, setting priorities, and exceeding goals. Academic requirements (must meet at least one of the following): A minimum of bachelor's degree A minimum of two years of related professional experience (engineering in a procedural hospital setting) with an associate degree Preferred: Cathlab or EP mapping experience Priority given to candidates with bachelor's or master's degree in one of the following STEM fields: biology, biochemistry, cardiac function and interventional technology, engineering: (biomedical, computer science, chemical, electrical, mechanical, general engineering), health sciences and kinesiology Ability and willingness to travel up to 40%.
