AECOM is seeking for an experienced Ports, Goods and Movements Project Manager to support the LATAM region based out of our Mexico office.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- The PM will perform Business Development for the Goods and Movement and Ports market. This covers the following responsibilities among others:
- Stablish business development strategies,
- Identification of opportunities,
- Client engagement for project opportunities
- Develop capture planning at proposal stage,
- Contract negotiation.
- The Project Manager will be responsible for planning and executing a project considering the following:
- Project planning and set up.
- Project execution, delivery and closure
- Perform risk management at proposal and execution phases of a project.
- Manage and developing projects at conceptual, prefeasibility,
feasibility and detail design phases.
- Reporting to the LATAM Transportation Business Line Leader.
- Manages portfolio of clients with multiple projects.
- Responsible for delivering revenues assigned from specific clients as a result of repeat business caused by execution of projects.
- Consistently delivers profit margins planned.
- Consistently completes project without write-downs or multiplier erosion.
- Typically manages projects involving RTF (Risk Triggering Factors).
- Manages more complex clients and projects.
- Directs staff to operate and minimize exposure to claims.
- Supervises and directs multiple projects or program of projects
