We are a company focused on custom software development and have been in the market for over 22 years. At Ensitech, we are dedicated to finding highly specialized talent to work with large companies in the United States, Europe, and Canada.

Each one of our collaborators works with different teams and colleagues around the world, in the design and commercialization of software. We look forward to having you as part of our team in the role of Technical Project / Delivery Manager, taking full ownership of a nearshore team that builds connectors and integrations for an AI product company based in San Francisco.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the single point of contact and coordination with the CTO and stakeholders in San Francisco.
- Gather and define requirements: which connectors to build, for which use cases, and with what acceptance criteria.
- Maintain the prioritized backlog and the roadmap for the connectors team.
- Lead the team's day-to-day work: planning, sprints, follow-up, unblocking, and delivery quality.
- Manage scope, timelines, and risks, negotiating priorities with the CTO.
- Work closely with the Senior Architect so that technical decisions stay aligned with business priorities.
- Take part in building the team: define profiles, interview candidates, and run onboarding.
- Proactively report progress, risks, and delivery metrics.
- Travel to San Francisco on a recurring basis for in-person alignment.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years in technology,

including 3+ years leading engineering teams as an Engineering Manager, Technical PM/Program Manager, Delivery Manager, or Team Lead.
- Solid technical background, ideally as a former developer: able to understand APIs, integrations, and architecture well enough to discuss trade-offs with the architect and the CTO (hands-on coding is not expected).
- Proven experience managing remote or nearshore teams for U.S. clients or companies.
- Experience in integration projects: REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, OAuth, ETL, or iPaaS platforms.
- Strong command of agile management: backlog, user stories, estimation, and tools such as Jira or Linear.
- Track record of delivery in startups or SaaS products with high speed and ambiguity.
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills with executive-level stakeholders.
- Valid U.S. visa (B1/B2) or availability to obtain one.

Nice to Have

- Experience with AI/LLM products, agents, or developer tools.
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or tool calling in LLMs.
- Experience building a team from scratch.
- Exposure to enterprise integrations (SAP, Salesforce, ERPs/CRMs).

What makes you successful in this role

- You operate with full autonomy: the client gives you the "what," and you solve the "how" and the "who."
- You communicate before being asked.
- You know how to say no and negotiate scope with a CTO.

What do we offer?

✅ Competitive salary and benefits.
✅ International and innovation-driven environment.
