As part of its regional expansion, the company is seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead and grow its Mexico office.The RoleThe Country Manager will have full ownership of the Mexican market, including business growth, team leadership, client acquisition and retention, and local operations. The role reports directly to senior management and is key to the company’s LATAM strategy.Requirements Lead the overall strategy, growth and P&L; of the Mexico officeDrive client acquisition, revenue and deposit (FTD) targets for the Mexican marketBuild, manage and motivate local teams, including sales, retention and supportDevelop and manage relationships with IBs, affiliates and strategic partnersWork closely with marketing to create localised campaigns and brand awarenessEnsure all local activity follows regulatory and compliance requirementsMonitor market trends, competitor activity and client needs in MexicoRepresent the company at local events, expos and industry meetingsReport on KPIs, performance and forecasts to senior managementRequirementsProven experience as a Country Manager, Regional Manager or similar senior role within the forex / online trading industry (must)Native or fluent Spanish (must)Strong track record of growing revenue and teams in a brokerage environmentDeep understanding of forex/CFD products, trading platforms (MT4/MT5)
